VERSION EN ESPANOL ABAJO
Seriously, we vegans can be pretty ingenious when it comes to recreating non-vegan food, like for example mayonnaise. Yes that's right, it is pretty easy to make vegan mayonnaise, no hen-ovulations (eggs) required.
This recipe requires only 5 minutes and 6 ingredients to make and you can use it for literally anything, on sandwiches, burgers, potato salads, vegan tuna (recipe coming soon) or anything else that comes to mind. Personally, I don't use mayo that often since I try to eat healthy the majority of time and although this mayo isn't as unhealthy as conventional ones, it still contains a lot of oil. But the good thing is that it keeps in the fridge for about 3 weeks in an airtight container, so you don't have to eat it all at once ;)
To sum this mayonnaise up, it is:
easy to make
