This morning I was seriously craving some cookies and since I like to listen to my body, I thought well, I am going to make cookies for breakfast then. The thing with cookies is that they have a bad reputation because most of the conventional ones are loaded with refined sugar, trans-fats, artificial flavourings, colouring etc. But hey let me tell you, it is actually possible to make super healthy, nourishing and delicious cookies that don't contain any of that crap. How? Well, continue reading below.
These cookies only contain 5 simple ingredients and are perfect for a healthy breakfast, a snack or as a dessert. You could also give them to your kids for school so that they can share them with their friends. That way they will obtain lots of healthy fiber, protein, healthy fats and complex carbohidrates all while thinking that they are eating a "normal" cookie.
To sum these cookies up, they are:

HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER OAT COOKIES
Prep time 10 mins
Baking time 12 mins
Total time 22 mins
Serves: 11 cookies
2 very ripe bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 1/2 cup oats
1 tsp pure vainilla extract
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or just cut up a bar of dark chocolate)

1 cdita extracto de vainilla puro
