Es un cheesecake horneado autentico, sin gluten, que va a convencer hasta el esceptico mas grande, creanme! Si me conoces, sabes que me encanta hacer cheesecakes. Pero dejame decirte que este es uno especial porque no es crudivegano sino horneado, algo para los amantes de los cheesecakes REALES. Aparte, es super facil de hacer, se necesita solamente una licuadora de alta velocidad y nada mas toma un poquito mas de una hora. Definitivamente un hit!
