VERSION EN ESPANOL ABAJO I used to think pancakes are super unhealthy, full of bad fats and white sugar by default. But since I started experimenting in the kitchen, I discovered that you can make a variety of pancakes that are very nutritious on top of super delicious as well. One of my all-time favourite combinations when it comes to pancakes is banana and peanut butter. You just cannot go wrong with it! The banana gives it the perfect sweetness and serves as an egg-replacement and the peanut butter adds some healthy fats and protein. Did you know that 100g of peanut butter have 25g of protein, just about the same amount as you can find in 100g of beef, but much more ethical, environmentally friendly and healthier. Amazing, right? Another thing I love about these pancakes is that they are super quick and easy to make and you can load them up with all the toppings you like, making it a decadent meal for a sunday brunch with friends, for example. I assure you, your friends and family are gonna love them as well, even if they are not vegan. To sum these babies up, they are: fluffy glutenfree sugarfree quick and easy oil-free healthy a crowd pleaser If you try this recipe, let me know! It would make me so happy to see your creation!
